To enable people in disadvantaged communities to increase control over, and improve their general level of oral health.

To achieve the provision of appropriate resources to support tertiary centres of oral care.

To improve the capacity of individuals and organisations through the transfer of knowledge and/or skills or the support of such initiatives to enable them to improve the oral health.

To actively influence the policies and actions of governments, companies, groups or individuals that effect the oral health of disadvantaged individuals and/or communities.
