Donations :: Donation Procedure

  1. Ring Rob Leak in the stores on (01794) 325149.
  1. If a Lions collection is required we will send you a letter explaining the collection process.  Contained within the envelope will be some identity tags for you to attach to the donated items.
  1. We will then pass your details to the Lions Club Co-ordinator who, in turn, will contact a local Lions Club in your area or a local volunteer. (Please do not contact them direct).
  1. A local Lions Club representative or volunteer will contact you and arrange a mutually convenient time to collect the equipment.
  1. This process normally takes between six and eight weeks but can occasionally take longer.
