Donations :: How and When will my equipment be collected?
For some collections, we will pick up the equipment using our own van. This is particularly the case when the donation includes a useful dental chair.
Please note that due to financial restraints we can only use the van for pick ups within a 2 hour radius of Dentaid HQ at Landford.
All other equipment donations are collected by volunteers in their own time and at their own expense. Due to the nature of this arrangement, collection may take 8 weeks to occur. If you have a time pressure, (e.g. surgery being sold next week), we will not be able to organise a collection.
Please ensure all volunteers are treated with courtesy and are offered help with heavy items. Please also do not ask them to disconnect or take equipment we have not agreed to take. Click here to visit the donation procedure page.
