If you would like to register your childcare setting to receive a free BrightBites oral health education session please complete the form below and someone will be in touch.

BrightBites is a UK-wide programme that can be delivered in schools, nurseries, holiday clubs, and childcare organisations. Our volunteers provide fun, interactive talks on toothbrushing, the names of teeth, sugar awareness, dental check-ups, and the importance of looking after our teeth. Sessions last around 30 minutes.

BrightBites is designed for children aged 3 and above. While younger children are very welcome and can still be given age-appropriate toothbrushes, toothpaste and information leaflets to take home, they are unlikely to fully understand or engage with the presentation.
