I’ve just had two teeth removed on the Dentaid unit and it was the best removal of teeth I’ve ever had.

It’s been hard to get hold of an NHS dentist because of my situation as a rough sleeper so I thought I’d come here and try it because I’m very nervous and don’t really like being in a regular clinic. They treated me so well, it was an exceptional service.

I’ve been in pain for the last six months and now I’m not. I know that once the numbing comes off I’m going to be a much happier person because everyone can get grumpy when they’re in pain.

I’m always nervous, I don’t think I know one person that really likes going to the dentist, but I would come back here again and again because they’re such lovely people and they treat me so well and listen to your concerns, which is what it’s all about.

None of us can really afford to see a dentist because the cost of living’s gone up, price of bills, price of food, so it can be really difficult just to afford the basics and look after our bodies. But it’s lovely that this service helps us out.
