Twickenham Zip wire 2026

Arrival:

Head to the North Car Park at the Allianz Stadium and make your way to Entrance Gate D (What3Words: eggs.spite.tummy)

Once inside, follow the signs to Registration at the Big Bang Experiences Hub.

Registration:

Read the Health Warning Notice, complete your waivers and get weighed.

Empty your pockets, remove jewellery and any loose items, and get fitted with your full-body harness.

You’re now ready to fly!

Zipwire:

Here’s where the real fun begins:

You’ll be escorted to the launch platform — up the lift, across the stairs, and onto the edge of adventure.

Your instructor will clip you onto the wire, do the final safety checks and give you the countdown.

Launch yourself across the pitch and feel the rush of adrenaline as you soar high above the stadium — 100ft in the air and 800ft of pure exhilaration!

Wave to the crowd, spread your wings, and take in the views — this is your moment to shine!

As you glide to a stop, our de-rig team will help you unclip and guide you safely back to solid ground.

Post Zipwire:

Make your way down a short ladder, through the stadium seats, and back to the Big Bang Experiences Hub.

Return your equipment, take a photo, and soak up the buzz — you’ve just conquered the Allianz Stadium Zipwire!

We would recommend that you wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, such as long trousers and trainers.

Remember that you will be outside so please look at the weather forecast before you go and dress for the conditions! It is a good idea to bring a change of clothes with you just in case.

Long hair will need to be tied up and out of the way. Avoid using any hair clips or styles that prevent the helmet from properly fitting as they will need to be adjusted.

All jewellery will need to be removed before harnessing up, including watches, rings, piercings, necklaces, anklets and bracelets.

Please make sure you empty all of your pockets before taking part in the zipwire, even zipped ones.

If you want to wear a creative outfit or character costume for your trip down the zipwire, you can - however, the clothing or costume must not restrict movement and all safety gear, including helmet, and harness needs to be securely fitted. You may be asked to remove some items.

Phones and other devices, including GoPro’s, are not allowed at the top of the zip wire. This is due to safety concerns, as devices cannot be securely attached to a participant, and are not covered by the venue's insurance.

However, feel free to take plenty of photos and videos throughout the day!

In the unlikely event of extreme weather, the event will be rescheduled for a new date.

The venue will closely track and monitor weather on the run up to events and will contact your event organiser in plenty of time.

You are expected to arrive 30-minutes before your zipwire time, to complete your registration and harnessing. This allows for a continuous flow of zipwires, and means you have less time waiting around!

Please make sure you have checked your confirmation email to know what your registered zipwire time is.

You will be at the event for at least 2 hours in all.

Please contact your event organiser as soon as possible so they can inform our team.

We'll do our best to fit you in when you arrive, ensuring you still have the chance to zipwire.

If any of the following apply, you must seek professional medical advice before participating and sign a non-standard waiver;

• High blood pressure
• Heart condition
• Suffer from dizziness or epilepsy
• Damage to neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes
• Asthma
• Medication – Please let us know of any prescribed medication you are taking and how it might affect you

You cannot take part if you are under 12 years old, pregnant or under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.

12-17 years olds taking part are required to have a parent or legal guardian present who can sign the waiver on their behalf.

If you are aged 50 years or above, we strongly advise that you seek medical advice prior to taking part.

By all means bring friends and family along to join in the excitement!

Please note, only participants will be allowed to the launch and landing areas, and all spectators must stay on the ground level in designated areas.
